Glenn Palaia is an Associate at Isriel Ponzoli. He focuses on civil litigation and has a strong background in criminal defense.
Glenn is a former Assistant Public Defender with the 11th Judicial Circuit Court of Miami-Dade County. During his time as a public defender, he accrued a significant amount of trial experience having successfully tried approximately 20 cases before a jury. Prior to his time at the Public Defender’s Office in Miami, Glenn interned for the Roxbury Defenders in Boston where he assisted in defending serious felony cases and worked as a legal assistant for a solo practitioner in civil litigation.
Glenn graduated from Boston College Law School in 2014. At Boston College, Glenn participated in two of his law school’s clinics and two externships to gain litigation experience. He is also a graduate of the National Institute for Trial Advocacy’s Trial Building Skills seminar, a weeklong, intensive litigation course where he had the opportunity to try two matters before a mock jury and then watch them deliberate via CCTV to gain insight into the deliberation process.
Glenn also graduated cum laude from Kenyon College in Gambier, Ohio in 2010, where he studied Ancient Greek and Latin Languages.
