
Renata Bonilla – Law Firm Administrator
Ms. Bonilla joined Isriel Ponzoli in 2021 and serves as the Law Firm Administrator. She brings ten years of law firm experience in office management, human resources and bookkeeping. Renata received her undergraduate degree in Political Science from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada and regularly attends seminars and webinars to keep current on industry standards. She is a member of SHRM and is fluent in English and Spanish.

Matty Dopico – Real Estate Paralegal & Billing Coordinator
Ms. Dopico joined Isriel Ponzoli in 2003 and since then has served the firm in several positions. She is currently our Real Estate Paralegal and Lead Billing Coordinator. Matty has been working in the legal field for over 25 years and enjoys the challenges it brings. She is from Miami and loves her native city. She is fluent in English and Spanish and continues her education.

Elsa Peraza – Paralegal
Elsa Peraza has been working in the legal field for over 10 years. She assists her attorneys by providing regular contact and updates to clients on their cases, managing the discovery process, and assisting in the drafting of legal pleadings. Ms. Peraza helps her attorneys prepare for conferences, hearings, mediations, and trials. Her previous legal experience has included practice areas such as personal injury, employment and complex business litigation. She is a licenses notary since 2018 and earned her Paralegal Certificate from University of Miami.

Jennifer Ramos – Legal Assistant
Jennifer Ramos is a legal assistant and paralegal-in-training at Isriel Ponzoli. Ms. Ramos focuses on civil litigation, with extensive experience assisting attorneys representing Insurance carriers, and three years of experience with Personal injury, and Family law matters. Ms. Ramos has an array of responsibilities pertaining to the firm’s civil practice ranging from coordinating hearings, depositions, inspections, and mediations from the inception of the case through trial.
Ms. Ramos studies at Miami Dade College and anticipates receiving her certificate in Paralegal Studies. She graduated from Miami Jackson High School. Ms. Ramos was born and raised in Miami, Florida. She is bilingual in Spanish and English.

Samantha Alvarez – Legal Assistant
Samantha Alvarez is a dedicated and detail-oriented legal assistant at Isriel Ponzoli, P.A. A cum laude graduate of Florida International University, Ms. Alvarez earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, equipping her with a strong foundation in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication.
Currently, Ms. Alvarez is pursuing a Juris Doctor degree at St. Thomas University’s Benjamin L. Crump College of Law. As a J.D. candidate, she brings a unique perspective and a deep commitment to learning, which enhances her ability to support attorneys and clients effectively.
With a passion for legal research, case preparation, and organizational efficiency, Samantha contributes to the firm’s mission of delivering exceptional legal services.
Pamela Osorio – Legal Assistant
Pamela Osorio was born and raised in Miami, FL. She has over three years of experience in real estate and condominium law. Her daily responsibilities include preparing answers, providing documentation for discovery requests, coordinating service of subpoenas and coordinating and managing her attorneys calendars and deadlines.
Pamela obtained her Certificate in Paralegal Studies and a Bachelor’s of Science in Criminal Justice from Florida International University and intends to pursue a degree in law.

Amparo Velasquez– Legal Assistant
Amparo serves as a legal assistant at the Isriel Ponzoli, P.A., where she supports our attorneys and clients with dedication, organization, and a genuine passion for the legal field. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Criminal Justice from Florida International University, where she developed a strong foundation in law, public policy, and the justice system.
In addition to her work at the firm, Amparo is a certified Notary Public, to help her assist with a wide range of documents and client needs. This fall, she will be taking the next step in her legal career by attending law school—an opportunity she is incredibly excited about as she continues pursuing her goal of becoming an attorney.
